We do not offer returns or refunds.

This may seem harsh, but there are many published studies that show product returns are impacting the environment negatively.  Think about how the product is transported and the distance it has to travel if this is done back-and-forth it only increases carbon emissions in vain.  We take pride in ensuring our products do not cause more damage to the environment, but rather help consumers make a difference.

If you have a problem with an order you have received, please contact us by email at info@plaiincosmetics.com within 24 hours of your receipt of the product(s) and we will handle it case-by-case.
